I found it late on Friday night, it was a brand new listing and asked Hubby if he wanted to go see it on Saturday.. he said no, let's go on Wednesday. So I make an appointment with our realtor.. I'm excited.. can't wait. The realtor thinks its a winner.
I get a call today, a contract was put on the house Sunday night. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

i live in jersey - so our real estate is INSANE (if u don't know) - i always get a kick out of watch the home buying shows on tv - where a house like that in some other state is like 310K - and i'm like WHA WHAT! - 310K i get a garage in jersey, literally a garage and propety tax on it would be 15K a year - hahaha - oh Jersey!
i completely know what you mean... hubby and i been looking for a house for a year now and its so hard! we want our home so bad but i believe God as the prefect one for us so just waiting until it comes ;-/

Yes, Erika, we live in Jersey too, our real estate is insane... and 15k in taxes for a garage is about right. So sad.
