Dining Room Decor

I have a general idea of the decor for the living room, which for starters consists of this and this.. Still trying to find a bench, daybed, settee type of thing that I like. I'm leaning towards the Morgan daybed from Macy's.
I really like this one, but in the lighter cream version (couldn't find a picture). And it's on sale for $599.99.
Still looking for art and lamps though. Speaking of lamps, besides lusting for the Paul Evans Brutal lamps:

I have totally lost my mind over this:

Featured on the cover of the newly minted, High Gloss online mag, (which is FAB, by the way) the Murano Teardrop lamp has my name ALLLLLLLL over it. It's so glam, oversized and sassy, just like I like it. I will not rest until I have this lamp.

Ok, on to the dining room. I already have my chairs, my fabulous Regency chairs. I look at them lovingly everyday. I haven't started with the refinishing of the chairs because honestly, I couldn't decide on what fabric to cover them with. However, now I'm leaning towards this:

It's the Braemore Flowering Branch fabric. I think it would look good however you know my aversion to pattern, so that fabric may just go on the backs of the chairs and a solid everywhere else.

Next up, lighting. I'm still deciding but I know I want it to have a glam element. Here are two options. First, my favorite. I just love it because it looks so light and airy, a must for a dark room.

Just LOVE it!!!

Another way to go would be a multi chandelier look with this:

 For a look like this:

The dining room will be a little glam and a little Asian, I'm calling it GLAMSIAN chic!  Teeeeheee, I crack myself up. Seriously, I really love Asian touches in decor and it will make appearances throughout the house, I'm sure.

So, here is my latest acquisitions for the dining room:

Vintage Pagoda Console. Doesn't it just scream for some Ginger Jars and Orchid plants?

Faux Bamboo Mirrors - Sorry for the terrible picture. These mirrors are 48"H x 14"W.  LOVE!
That's all I have for now, still looking for a rug, lamps, art and decorative items for layering.

It's coming along.. all we need now is for the contractors to finish my house. The last update was that we are now about to paint, replace all the windows and finally stain the floors.

Hey Ladies,

Thanks for stopping by!

@AB Home Interiors - I'm dying to have those lamps, I have sourced a pair but they were $5000.00. Ugh, I'll keep trolling ebay.

@theLennoxx - The daybed looks good online, almost exactly what I've been looking for. I'm going to go to the store and see it in person. Hopefully, I'll still want it. That lamp?? I have no words. *faints*

@ GP - Thanks.. it seems like good going, in my head at least. And yup, I do look at them lovingly everyday because they are stacked in my bedroom because I don't have anymore space in my apt for any more furniture. But does that stop my from buying more? Nope. lol

@ Alison@MyLittleHappyPlace - Thanks. I saw mirrors like that in some room design but can't remember where. They looked gorgeous. I was happy to luck upon them.
