The designer is Londoner Emma Cook. I like her. If she keeps making head turning shoes like these, she will become my new bff.
These shoes leave me speechless. I especially love the khaki ones with the zipper.. so delicate with the ruffles but bad ass with the zippers.
When I get them in the mail, I will take them to bed with me and prop my feet on pillows so every time I wake during the night I can gaze at them until I drift back into a giddy slumber.

omg i have been toying with buying the white version (with black around the outside of the ruffles) for a few weeks...i keep going into topshop and just trying them on...and staring at them. maybe when i get paid i will treat myself. they are so amazing (and surprisingly comfy)
