I just bought my daughter a vintage Art Deco vanity, a Craigslist find for only $20.00.
While, I thought I would just be sanding it down and painting it.. but this option is so much more fun. Such an array the possibilities.

SO Martha! Is the dresser in bad shape?
Hey Tonia,
At first glance it didn't look to be in bad shape but when we started loading it.. I could see a few splits in the wood on the bottom. I figure some wood filler in those spots. Otherwise it's a great piece.. very minimal in design and the mirror is perfect.
Girl, these are so lovely! I've never thought of that before. Suddenly, I want to redo all my furniture.
